Aprovada pelo Senado no final do ano passado, a Lei Complementar 157/16 definiu que sistemas de streaming, como os populares Netflix e Spotify, são passíveis à incidência do Imposto Sobre Serviços, o ISS. Marília Faustino, do Zilveti Advogados, esclareceu diversos pontos da questão em entrevista à Rádio Trianon, ontem a noite.
A decisão parlamentar está gerando muita discussão, mesmo no meio técnico. Enquanto alguns especialistas defendem que o mercado se torna mais justo, outros argumentam que a norma é inconstitucional.
